Well Honestly

Flas is made to entertain people, wether it be neat like a music video, fun like a game, scray like a serious flash or intense like an action flash even funny like a comedy one. Making a tweening flash about why blocks are important doesn't count as entertainment. I wouldn't doubt you have the skill to make something good but you are wasting it away on things like this.
